Our promise

14-Day Return—No Questions Asked. From the day you receive your order in Egypt, you have 14 calendar days to request a return.
What’s returnable

New, unused items in their original condition, with tags and any packaging included.

Items tried on briefly at home are fine—just keep them clean, unworn outside, and unwashed.
What’s not returnable (for hygiene & fairness)

Items marked Final Sale on the product page.

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.

Items without original tags/packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g., inner caps/underscarves), if applicable.
Refunds

Method: back to your original payment method.

Timing: once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days (your bank/issuer may take longer).

Shipping fees: original shipping isn’t refundable.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return courier.

For other returns, the customer covers the return courier. We can arrange pickup at our preferred rates (deducted from your refund).

Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original for a refund, or request a direct exchange if stock is available.
