We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, we’ve made returns easy.

Our promise

  • 14-Day Return—No Questions Asked. From the day you receive your order in Egypt, you have 14 calendar days to request a return.

What’s returnable

  • New, unused items in their original condition, with tags and any packaging included.

  • Items tried on briefly at home are fine—just keep them clean, unworn outside, and unwashed.

What’s not returnable (for hygiene & fairness)

  • Items marked Final Sale on the product page.

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.

  • Items without original tags/packaging.

  • Hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g., inner caps/underscarves), if applicable.

Refunds

  • Method: back to your original payment method.

  • Timing: once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days (your bank/issuer may take longer).

  • Shipping fees: original shipping isn’t refundable.

  • Return shipping:

    • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return courier.

    • For other returns, the customer covers the return courier. We can arrange pickup at our preferred rates (deducted from your refund).

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or style? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original for a refund, or request a direct exchange if stock is available.

How to start a return (Egypt)

  1. Contact us with your order number and item(s):

  2. Pick-up or drop-off: we’ll organise a courier pickup or guide you to a drop point.

  3. Pack securely: include tags/packaging and your order slip.

  4. Refund/exchange: processed after inspection.
